Bryan Rotach (he/him), President of brd partners, has more than 20 years of experience collaborating with strategy, operational, financial, philanthropic, and people executives to transform systems, practices, and outcomes. His professional roles include serving as the first operations leader at two growing nonprofits, leading a local chapter of a national organization through 4x growth over eight years, transforming the planning and budget process for a $150M enterprise, and creating the first tools to visualize and predict critical data on a 3,000 member workforce.

Bryan earned a B.A. in Anthropology and M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Rochester.
